First edition. 202 pages. 1 vols. 8vo. Inscribed by the author on the half-title to Dannie Heineman. The author was associated with the Sofina (of which Heineman was the directr) and University of Bruxelles and during the war at the New School of Social Research, New York, returning to Bruxelles in 1946. He had earlier written a three volume work on number theory (1922-1947). Original grey wrappers. Some darkening of wrappers and some creasing of a few leaves, else very good. Seller Inventory # 29010
