Contains the events of the celebration (76 pages )and a Catalogue of the Officers and Students of Lawrence Academy from the Time of Its Incorporation (108 pages) Included in the list is Charles Beecher, class of 1828, brother of Henry Ward Beecher and Harriet Beecher Stowe. Four engraved plates: "Lawrence Academy," as a the frontispiece, Caleb Butler, Amos Lawrence, and the Academy in "1820" Inserted is a loose engraving of William Lawrence. The copy is inscribed "Copy from the original paper cover "Edward Swan Esq with the respects of the Trustees Joshua Green[?] Secretary '81" General overall wear, some water staining. A clean, tight interior. A VG- copy.
