Green cloth lettered in gilt; top edge gilt; partially unopened; covers sunned and a little flecked; endpapers slightly foxed; a very good copy. 'Of this book there have been printed at the Chiswick Press 550 copies, signed by the author, of which 500 only are for sale. This is number [146].' Number 1 of the Furnival Books; foreword by Sylvia Townsend Warner.
