First UK Edition. SIGNED on the title page. Basis for the 1962 film directed by Bryan Forbes, starring Leslie Caron and Tom Bell. Near Fine in a Very Good plus dust jacket. Jacket lightly dampstained on the rear panel, with a small splash on the front panel, and nicks at the corners.
