First edition, first printing (per publisher's number line upon copyright page) INSCRIBED, SIGNED, AND DATED BY THE AUTHOR. xvi, 192 pages. Hardcover: H 23.25cm x L 14.25cm. Dust jacket lightly rubbed, slight bumping at top of front panel. Purple cloth. Author's four-line ink inscription upon the title page: "To the Keyes | with every good wish! | Bill Raspberry | 1.28.95." Interior pages are otherwise bright and clean. Binding remains fairly crisp. A fine copy in a near fine dust jacket. A native of Okolona, Mississippi and a long-time columnist for The Washington Post, William Raspberry won the Pulitzer Prize for Commentary in 1994.
