Unpaginated 16pp collection of four poems printed in a limited numbered edition of 200 copies. This is copy #20 and is SIGNED by the author on the colophon. One of a few bound copies. Red cloth covers with no lettering. Cream inside pages thread bound. "Chantry" watermarked. Italian and English text for each poem. English translation by Peter Russell. Introduction by Salvatore Quasimodo. Touch of shelf wear to tip of top and tail of spine and lower board corners. Three tiny spots on front and rear paste downs. Slight paper flaw to lower spine hinge of few early pages. Altogether in VG+ condition. Seller Inventory # 011253

The Bookshop at Beech Cottage trades exclusively via the internet. I acquire most of my stock through a network of suppliers based in southern England. My particular interests are illustrated Private Press and modern Poetry. I also have a collection of Prospectuses and similar ephemera. I am careful to select only the better quality items for the Bookshop that are within my speciality and pass on those that are outside my remit. I am a former librarian and read for pleasure - as many booksellers do! I take great care of my books while they are staying at Beech Cottage and would only ask my customers that they do likewise.
