Dust jacket condition good, head of spine chipped and torn with loss, corners and base of spine chipped, age toned, rubbed at corners and along folds, spine sunned, not price clipped. Inscribed by Ralph Bates to the front end-paper; "To Olive with love from Ralph". From the collection of Jonathan Gili (1943-2004), film-maker, director and collector of many things including books.
