First Edition, First Issue Dust Jacket. Octavo. Illustrated dust jacket, this copy is signed contemporaneously with the piblication by McMurtry at front free end paper. Very good dust jacket, spine and edges of panel faded, light edge wear heaviest at spine ends and corners, crease at top of front panel running through the first letters in the title, rear panel darkened, nearly very good overall, soiling to cloth, cup stain to cloth at rear cover, light stain to outer margin of early pages and to foredge, pages slightly agetoned.
