First Edition (first printing). This copy signed by the author on the title page, and additionally inscribed beneath and dated 2012. 8vo. 146pp. Blue boards lettered in gold at the spine. Top edge lightly soiled, and with touch of toning to the leaf margins. A very good copy in very good non-price-clipped pictorial dust wrapper, with a trace of creasing to the head of the spine panel. The author's second book, a novel set on one of the Chagos islands at the time the inhabitants were forcibly expelled and replaced by a joint US/UK military base. Winner of the Encore Award.
