Inscribed First Edition, First Printing of the autobiography of immensely influential Modernist architect Richard Neutra. Inscribed by Richard Neutra to a previous owner, a Washington D.C.-based leader in the mid 20th century fight against water pollution, on the front endpaper. Cloth, 374 pages. There's a non-author gift inscription on the title page. (While the date on the Neutra inscription isn't clear, it should be noted that Neutra had an extended stay in Washington in the later half of 1969, and a 1969 date would sync with the gift inscription.) The dust jacket has a bit of foxing and a rubbed spot the spine.
