8vo. 350 pp. Original yellow buckram, front board printed in black with a pictorial vignette of a horseman at a ranch-house door, “Limited Edition” in green, and a facsimile of the author’s signature; spine lettered in black with title, author, a VH device, and publisher. In the publisher’s brown leather-grain paper-covered slipcase. Limitation label, numbered by stamp and signed in blue ink, mounted on the half-title beneath the printed epigraph.
