Dark green cloth with gilt lettering to spine, somewhat faded. Small book is tight, square, relatively sharp-cornered and free of flaws or markings inside and out, other than the autograph of the principal author, Rivinus. Book is a list of estates in Chester County and Delaware along with their history, the families, etc. Quite scarce - particularly autographed.
