Named the first Poet Laureate of Loveland, Colorado, this is Ms. Patterson's very First Book of verse from 1978. Not listed in her Bibliography, only 1 copy in WorldCat. It is No. 64 of only a limited numbered edition of 150, SIGNED by the Author with a personalized inscription to ffep. n 64 pages, with pen-and-ink sketches by the poet scattered throughout. Hardcover quarto has deep green cloth-covered boards with embossed gilt lettering. Spine covering has worn away, but binding is strong & straight. Condition is VG+: completely clean inside, binding strong & straight, hinges secure. Pages creamy white. NO writing/underlining/highlighting; not ex-lib. Only flaws are external, including mild rubbing to extremities, heaviest at top outer corners, which are rubbed all the way down to underlying boards. One small piece of clear tape & one spot of sticker residue on front, paper covering the spine is starting to peel at both ends.
