The book is black cloth-covered boards with gilt title on spine and gilt title and decoration on the front. The book has light shelf edge wear and the front cover is bowed. What makes this book rare and unusual is it is dedicated and presented to Brigadier General Clare Armstrong who was the Military leader in command after WWII in aiding in the rebuilding of Belgium. The book has 7 pages of autographs from both the Belgium dignataries but also The American Consul General; Two American Vice Consuls; The Director of the U. S. Coast Guard; The XMCM, U. S. Coast Guard; Antwerp Town Clerk and Burgomaster plus numerous other. In addition the book is filled with the outdoor sculptures in the city of Antwerp. A great and unusual book.
