SIGNED BY AUTHOR 5.5"x8" 373 pp. Blue cloth boards. Gilt letters to spine. Jacket design by V. M. Banfield. Spine straight, binding tight, pages clean w/soft tone. Not x-library, unclipped. Soiling to boards w/edge wear. DJ has much edge wear w/small tears and chips. Towards the close of the Revolutinary War, Lewis Craig, a soldier in the American Army, had a vision. Lying in Virginia's dank Great Dismal Swamp, Craig was visited by a voice from God, telling him: "You will lead your people across the far mountains and into the dark and bloody ground."
