Rare adventure seafaring book in Very good condition! The DJ is complete with some staining on the back and wear on the edges. The book is very good with some bumping on the spine. Amazingly, this book was owned by the illustrator, Edward C Caswell. It has his name written in a couple of places and a drawn in self portrait. Also in the book is an original ink hand drawing of one of the illustrations in the book - A drawing of a sailor falling from a mast. Amazing find!

I try my best to list each book as acurrately as possible since, like you, I appreciate the importance of condition when adding to a collection. All books with dust jackets will be protected with a mylar cover.

If I do not describe a book well enough or make an error in the listing I will refund you completely once the book has been returned to me. If the return is due to my error I will cover the return shipping costs.

Shipping within the United States is free for all books. Shipping will be via media mail. I typically ship within 3 days. Each book will be carefully wrapped and protected for shipping. I use new materials and cover each book with bubble wrap before I set it safely into a larger box lined with new, soft, packaging paper.
