Fine first edition first printing hardcover, SIGNED and dated by Chiang on the front end paper. Slight discoloration at top of page with Chiang's signature. Deep sand boards, gold lettering. Jacket near fine, edge wear, tears, not price-clipped. No writing, no foxing. Cecilia Chiang was the presiding genius of one of the great Chinese restaurants of the world, The Mandarin, in Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco. 274 pages. M06515.
