Hardcover book bound in the publisher's original full cloth-gilt. 19 cm. 240 pp. This copy has been inscribed and signed by Burleigh and also contains a three page handwritten poem titled "Hesperia" loosely laid within. George Shepard Burleigh (1821-1903) was an American poet associated with the Transcendentalist movement. In very good+ condition. No other ownership marks/writing present within.
