Dust jacket is in Very Good condition, showing light shelfwear, with faint rubbing and several small points of indentation to front and rear panels. Free of any chips or tears. This item includes a promotional colorfully illustrated bookmark issued to pre-order purchasers of the book. The bookmark has been signed by the author and in black marker, and then laminated.
