First edition, printed in a limited edition of 955 copies, one copy number 47 of 105 specially bound copies. The wrapper for the softcover edition inserted in pocket to rear board. With it a separately bound copy with engravings of John O'Connor's Twins, signed by the artist. However lacking three of the tipped in items (p. 56, 57 & 60). Seller Inventory # 13604
