Parchment backed beige paper boards stamped in gilt in plain paper slipcase. Laid in is a signed letter from the Law Offices of Pollsbury, Madison & Sutro gifting the book to a Donald M. Gregory, Esq. in San Francisco. Some light foxing to endpapers, slipcase a trifle worn. Near fine. Seller Inventory # 6547
