Octavo ( 9 1/4 x 6 1/8 inches; 235 x 155 mm.). xxii, 312, [2] pp. Pictorial title-page and sixteen photographic illustrations between pp. 138 & 139. Inscribed on the half title "To Billie Jo / many thanks for / a great guided tour of / the Seattle Book-Hawks / with best wishes / Buzz Aldrin / 6-22-89". Publisher's black cloth over blue paper boards, spine lettered in gilt. A fine copy in a near fine pictorial dust jacket. Laid in is a printed form letter from Hilsinger Mendelson Public Relations Specialists addressed to "Dear Interviewer" directly referencing Aldrin being in Seattle "Thursday, June 22nd," [1989]. Also laid in is a folded publisher's press release for the book. "June 20, 1989 marks the 20th anniversary of the Apollo 11 mission, mankind's first successful lunar landing.
