A conceptual artist's book consisting of photographs and facsimiles of completed questionnaires, sent to and compiled by Mandel at the artist's request by seven random Americans who happened to be named Edward Weston (no relation to the photographer). Unpaginated (20 pp.), with seven black-and-white and color illustrations. 8-3/8 x 5-3/8 inches. Out of print. Very scarce. Near Fine (moderate wear to the extremities and rubbing to the wrappers).
