SIGNED. 52pp. Octavo [21.5cm]. Tan cloth over boards. Title stamped in black on spine. Bit of toning to edge of each pastedown. Black ink inscription has partially transferred to verso of half-title. In a dust jacket with mild rubbing and soiling. Inscribed by the author to historian, curator and professor John Sillito. "The Monument" was Pulitzer Prize-winning poet Mark Strand's first book of prose.
