Jacket is not price-clipped but is has been tape reinforced at the top & bottom of the spine and the the top corner. Lightly soiled. Previous owner's bird bookplate on front free endpage, previous owner's signature "Eugene E Murphy" and the note "Given to me by Mrs. Mruphy, Augusta, Aug. 1952". Overall a GOOD book in a GOOD minus jacket. A gift item for the collector who can't afford the "first, first" edition.
