Issued in a total edition of 140 copies, of which only 40 were hardbound and, of those 40, only 26 were offered for sale. This is copy 'G' of 26 lettered copies signed by the author, with a frontispiece by noted artist Russell Chatham, hand-shaded and signed by Chatham as well. Designed and printed letterpress by Carol Blinn at Warwick Press. A fine copy of a beautiful production, with publisher's prospectus laid in.
