Inscribed, dated (Christmas, 1964) and signed by author on title page: "For Ken Foote with warm wishes and admiration". Lightly bumped on ends of spine, faint surface scratch across rear board, else near fine. DJ rubbed along edges, chipped on ends of spine and at flap folds, 1/2 inch tear on rear and front top edges, else good. Protected in mylar.
