Condition very good-near fine, corners slightly rubbed, 3 gilt letter rubbed from spine else fine, contents very clean. Signed and inscribed to the front endpaper by John Geoffrey Sharps "To Bernadette Walsh, a lover of the Brontes, From John Geoffrey Sharps, an admirer of Charlotte's biographer. In remembrance of our B. Ed. days. 30 May 1985".
