First edition. 8vo. Signed by Ed Nichols and Ruby Nichols Cutbirth on the front free fly leaf. Decorated cloth, x, 134 pp., foreword. The signature of Ed Nichols is relatively uncommon as he died very shortly after publication. Nichols was a cowboy and peace officer in Bosque County, Texas. ?Salty reminiscences of an old-time cowboy and peace officer who has ridden through most of the history of Bosque County, Texas.? This narrative in Nichols? own words, as told to his daughter. A Texas Folklore Society's " Range Life Series" book. This copy with the Dorothy & Clinton Josey bookplate affixed to the front pastedown sheet and their small pencil notations on rear pastedown sheet, else a fine in price-clipped dust jacket.

We accept checks and all major credit cards. Prices are NET to all. PA residents
must add 6% sales tax.
Shipping charges within the continental limits of the U.S. are $9.50 for the
first book and $3.00 per each additional book, if shipped Media Mail. Should you prefer to ship via
either UPS or Priority Mail, mailing prices increase. All over-sized books and all shipments outside the U.S. will be charged actual shipping, insurance, and handling costs. All parcels
shall be shipped insured or with signature required.
All items may be returned within 7 days of receipt with prior notification. We
request any items for return be sent by their original shipping route, be well
packaged and fully insured.
