La ville �clat�e montr�e sur ces pages est sans peuple, compos�e uniquement de b�timents qui se regardent en silence; des messages apparaissent parfois - un mot griffonn� ou un num�ro au pochoir. Toutes les images se r�v�lent comme des photographies, alors que Homma se tourne vers la ville, mais aussi vers les principes de la photographie elle-m�me dans des images renvers�es qui font allusion � la camera obscura. Homma ne cherche pas � indexer une ville en tant que telle, mais � rendre un monde d'ombres, l'inconscient d'une ville pris dans une chambre sombre, suspendu dans la bo�te de la cam�ra.
