From the library of Frank Collieson, bookseller at Heffers, Cambridge; inscribed by the author on the title-page, "For Frank with affection John Cambridge 4, August, 1970" and with, loosely inserted, an autograph aerogramme signed from the author (as Swami Atmaghananda), 1p. 4to, New York, 17 June 1962 - "I am glad my new book reached you safely. Of course it doesn't compare with the one you made, but still I think they did well by me. Meanwhile your very thoughtful gift of The New Poetry came to me here. It is encouraging to see a new control and down-to-earthness in these poets (though in England you never, I believe, suffered from the mad experimentalism that we suffered from in this country) . . .".
