Item description from seller

Stated second printing. Signed with inscription to "Craig, good luck and best wishes -- good cooking." An associate professor of Speech Pathology at Portland's Oregon Health Sciences University, this "overall guide for kitche uderachievers" has survived the years with bright pages given remarkably little wear, save the teensy spots of grime clinging to the back cover and signs of wear near the front's spiral binding. Near fine condition at worst. See photos.

Store description

These volumes represent the cream of my aunt's voluminous collection, which includes signed first editions from a friend's defunct Lincoln City store, antiquarian tomes a Reed professor bequeathed decades ago, and the art & design section of downtown Portland's long-lamented NorWester Bookshop. Given spatial constraints, I've little choice but to liquidate the inventory she spent a lifetime accumulating, but my dilemma opens opportunities for the right consumer. Shop freely and enjoy in her memory!…
