Hodder and Stoughton, London, UK. 1st edition 1919. Hardcover. 283 pp with 20 pages of adverts at the rear. 220x145 mm (8½"x5¾") approx. 30 B&W photos plus line drawings. Inscribed by the author with a dedication on the back of the frontispiece. Condition: very good with a very tight binding. On the bottom of the pages is a mark which looks like an ink blob.
