About this Item

First edition. Pages and boards dampstained and warped with mildew on front board, a good only copy in a good only price-clipped dust jacket with corresponding dampstains. Inscribed by Viereck on the half-title to fellow author Malcolm [Cowley]. Additionally, laid in is a Signed card from the author addressed to "Malcolm" [Cowley] stating how this book became damaged in Viereck's flooded cellar. An interesting association copy.
