The Book is in New condition. There is No Jacket (as issued, I believe). For example, price details are on the back cover, whereas on Volume 1 which was issued with a Dust Jacket price was as is customary on the front flap. Signed by the Author on the Title Page. This is Volume 2 of 2. It is a very Rare book. I found no other copies listed on Abebooks or elsewhere, and the same is true for Volume 1, bar one copy I located. I have Volume 1 also listed elsewhere on Abebooks. These are the stories of the first settlers faithfully told in these volumes, their lives in the new land and the Indians they found there, few friendly, most hostile.
