The author and pianist, Nikita Magaloff have signed this volume on the dedication page. This is an Ex-Library book from the Roosevelt Hospital Patients Library, as well as, a private library. The former has stamped in black their name on the front free end paper and a partial paper label is affixed to the bottom of the spine, while the latter's book plate is affixed to the illustrated front free end paper. There are no other indications of the libraries in the book. The artist who illustrated this title was Maitland De Gogorza. The red boards have faded at the spine and they have light edge wear.
