Unpaginated 28pp booklet printed at Gwasg Gregynog in a limited edition of 200 copies. This is copy #16. Gift inscription signed by the author on ffep and dated 31/vii/93. Nine wood engravings by Simon Brett printed from original wood blocks. Thread bound within red card covers with black lettering on face. Turquoise end papers. Together with a 4pp Prospectus leaflet for this book printed black and maroon on laid paper. Sample page (Hardy) and one of the nine engravings. Single paper flaw on front of this leaflet. Otherwise all in fine condition and protected in a clear acetate wrapper. Seller Inventory # 013798

The Bookshop at Beech Cottage trades exclusively via the internet. I acquire most of my stock through a network of suppliers based in southern England. My particular interests are illustrated Private Press and modern Poetry. I also have a collection of Prospectuses and similar ephemera. I am careful to select only the better quality items for the Bookshop that are within my speciality and pass on those that are outside my remit. I am a former librarian and read for pleasure - as many booksellers do! I take great care of my books while they are staying at Beech Cottage and would only ask my customers that they do likewise.
