8vo, cloth, jacket; vii + 218pp., b/w plates, figures. First edition. Warmly signed and inscribed by Misra at the first leaf; "author's compliments" stamped to the title-page. A VG/VG copy: mild dampstaining touching the slightly chipped and worn jacket, but remains presentable; cloth sound, hinges & joints sound, text clean.
