1st edition. 202pp. Tall octavo in original green cloth. Spine title in gilt; Illustrated dust jacket in very good condition. Inscribed by author in black marker on front free endpaper. A few small, light spots on front and back endpaper. B/W photographs and line drawings in text with illustrated colour frontis. A tight copy with bright, clean illustrations. Very good to near fine condition. Illustrated autobiography of Spitzee rancher and writer Bert Sheppard. Sheppard managed and eventually became an owning partner in the OH ranch, south of Calgary. Signed by the author. Rare in jacket with signature.
