About the Author:
Krystle J Bailey is an evolving woman.
A writer at heart, Krystle's journey began as a young mother on a quest for a healthier life during the early days of blogging. Krystle is the creator of Skinny Jeans Dreams, a blog and social media movement that began in 2011 and connected a small-town girl from South Jersey to the expansive world of the internet. With thousands of people watching online, 22-year-old Krystle began writing for the world and never looked back.
Skinny Jeans Dreams is no longer in existence, as Krystle has gone on to become an author, podcast host, and media contributor. Following the release of Nourish in 2017, Krystle began writing a regular column for a local publication, Shore Local Newsmagazine, which opened a world of local media opportunities. Today, she is a journalist, copywriter, podcast, and radio host.
Through her continued journey of learned self-trust and discovery, Krystle shares doses of inspiration across her various platforms. While weight loss is no longer the main topic of conversation, Krystle's quest to inspire others through vulnerability and authenticity remains the main thing, and writing remains Krystle's North Star.
Krystle J Bailey is a mother of two and holds an undergraduate degree from Stockton University.
