Open (Signed First Edition)

"I hope my book will showcase the importance of being open in a shut off world, the need to talk about the good days as well as the bad days, so we can all start to have open and honest conversations about how we really are, not how we think we should be."
Frankie Bridge

This book will help you to:
Open up,
Be more Open-minded,
and have more Open conversations.

In OPEN, Frankie Bridge opens up about her ongoing journey from breakdown to breakthroughs and through self-loathing, self-acceptance and self-love. Part narrative exploration, part practical guide, this book will help you to understand the importance of talking and helping each other in an imperfect world. It will also feature practical guidance and advice from the psychologist and psychiatrist who pulled her back from the brink along with their notes and conversations throughout her recovery. By opening up about her battles, Frankie wants to help a generation of people to be more open about their mental health. Speak out. Ask for help. And be helped.

It's a very simple four-letter word, but one of the hardest words to put into practice, this book is about how to be OPEN.
