Original Paper Slip Signed from a Tyoed letter By William Cosmo Gordon Lang Undated C1930. William Cosmo Gordon Lang, 1st Baron Lang of Lambeth, 1864 ? 1945 was a Scottish Anglican prelate who served as Archbishop of York (1908?1928) and Archbishop of Canterbury (1928?1942). His elevation to Archbishop of York, within 18 years of his ordination, was the most rapid in modern Church of England history. As Archbishop of Canterbury during the abdication crisis of 1936, he took a strong moral stance, his comments in a subsequent broadcast being widely condemned as uncharitable towards the departed king. Orders usually shipped within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know if extra shipping is required.
All overseas orders with priority shipping (8 days+) will be sent by either tracked airsure or international signed for. The slower postal rates (14 days +) will be sent by standard airmail and will take longer to arrive. We recommend to all our customers to use the priority shipping as this is a much quicker and secure method of shipment.
