Some light foxing in places. All three volumes are slightly loose and shaken in their bindings (still firmly attached). Publishers full red cloth with gilt decorated spines. Spine edge split along front and back edge of volume two. All edges rubbed and slightly frayed. Cloth generally marked. Only a fair set but still a fairly solid reference copy. Scarce three volume set. Volume one and two has 1348 pages, volume three has 944 pages.
