One of only 100 special copies SIGNED by Kozak and Stephen Mitchell who provides the translation of the Rilke poems. Book includes a separate loose original Carborundum print by Kozak laid into a pocket at rear of volume. Book is in fine condition. The opaque dustwrapper is just very lightly worn. A beautiful book.
