Item description from seller

8vo. [6], 1-298 pp. Red cloth with gold lettering on the front board and spine. Lacking the dust jacket. Nicely inscribed by Burroughs on the free front endpaper (in the year of publication). Heins 170; Zeuschner 381. The Outlaw of Torn was Burrough's second novel, but remained unpublished until the fame and success that followed the publication of Tarzan of the Apes. A Good or better book with spine lean, light soiling to the boards, some wear and fraying to the top and bottom of the spine and edges of the boards, and foxing to the endpapers.
