About this Item
First American Edition, first printing. Signed by Elleston Trevor on the title page. Trouble in a state of the Malaya Federation, Tamarah, confronts Hugh Copland when he comes to take over the Pasang airport after two managers have failed. Trevor (1920-95), a British novelist, is remembered for his adventure story The Flight of the Phoenix (1964) and his series of Cold War thrillers featuring the secret agent Quiller, written under the pseudonym Adam Hall. Octavo. Original green cloth-covered boards over a black cloth spine, with yellow titles. Light toning along the extremities of the dust jacket, with a few unobtrusive scuffs from an old dust jacket protector to the verso of the flaps; otherwise very good. Seller Inventory # 73360
