The endpapers have a dusty look along the edge with some minor age foxing spots present. The first front free endpaper has a couple of really minor small size chips. There is a gift inscription written in ink on the half title page; the author has signed the reverse of the half title page "With the best wishes the author - Stella L. Roebling 1937"; there is a name at the top edge of the third front free endpaper; there are a list of favorite poems written in purple marker on the last page with the words 'Favorite Poems' written; there is a 'favorite poems 70 - cocktail 75 lines to an absent wife' on the very last endppaper. There is a small brown stain to the top edge near the spine that covers about 20 pages. Book is tight and sturdy. All the pages are present in book. Fair++/None dust jacket condition.
