Presentation copy: "For Phoebe (darling) Flory Ralph Steiner April 12, 1978." (Signed on the front fly-leaf). Beneath which Steiner has drawn a picture of an abstract photographer, and old-fashion camera ona tri-pod and a flower together with a halo over the name Phoebe. All in red, blue and black. Roduction by Willard Van Dyke. Illustrated with black-and-white photographs by the author. The dust jacket is protected by a Brodart mylar cover and is not price clipped. Not an ex-library copy. No remainder marks. Most books shipped within 24 hours. All books mailed with Delivery Confirmation. The dust jacket is chipped at the top of the spine panel with minor chipping at the extremities. In addition, the jacket has rubbing and creasing at the extremities. The book has wear at the upper corners. Very good condition in good + dust jacket. Our 3,000 square feet of floor space is filled with well organized shelves devoted to Kentuckiana, Horses, Military History, Literature, Poetry,Art, Americana, European and British History and Children's books etc. Our books are selected for condition as well as content. Many of our titles reflect the fact that we are located only a couple of blocks from the University of Kentucky. Our shop is pictured in Southern Writers, has been written up on the New York Times blog. and was used in a program produced for National Public Television.
