First edition hard back binding in publisher's original white buckram covers, gilt titles to the spine and to the front cover, top edge gilt, others untrimmed. 4to. 12½'' x 10¼''. 146pp. De Luxe edition on Holbein hand-made paper. Hand written number 12 of 75 Limited Edition copies with original coloured lithograph SIGNED by the artist Frank Brangwyn. Brick red and black printed title with 20 colour plates after paintings by Frank Brangwyn, printed brick red vignettes in margins, headers and tail pieces. The merest hint of spotting to a couple of sheets and in Very Good clean and bright condition without any of the usual browning to the covers. Small bookplate inside the rear cover 'Percy Lindley Harrison'. Member of the P.B.F.A. ART [British].
