Judith Anderson is the founder of Anderson & Rust (AndersonRust.com), a consulting firm to senior level management at Fortune 500 companies. She is also the founding partner of LeadershipU.org, which provides education and business seminars for corporate managers and CEOs. Both companies are located in New Jersey and serve corporations nationwide.Ms. Anderson holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and a Master of Arts degree in Spiritual Psychology.
